Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for revenue operations analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for 1-2 end-to-end analytics products or agile squads.
• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Lead cross-functional teams through requirement clarification, release planning, and weekly stakeholder demos.
• Determine deployment strategies and partner with colleagues on training and change management.
• Track product-specific KPIs in production to measure value and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Python.
• Direct experience with Epic Clarity Data Models.
• Strong background in product development and agile ceremony facilitation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with KPI creation and management.
• Knowledge of the healthcare provider ecosystem, specifically within revenue operations or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
