Lead RF project work focused on plasma source development, from rapid design concepts to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate design concepts rapidly and move them into implementation.
• Develop RF and plasma assemblies and systems.
• Perform high voltage design tasks.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems within RF systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 10-12 years of experience with a Master's degree.
• 8 years of experience with a PhD.
• High voltage design experience.
• RF project work associated with plasma source development.
• Systems development expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
