Description

You will manage high-value portfolios and drive risk management strategies to protect company reputation and financial stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key metrics and ensure accounts meet all contractual SLAs.
• Manage a portfolio producing $30 million in yearly warranties and check guarantees.
• Create statistical business models and rule sets to reduce net write-offs.
• Drive yearly savings targets of approximately $2 million.
• Serve as a technical leader within the group while managing substantial portfolios.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• 3+ years of general business experience.
• Expertise in retrieving and analyzing data from multiple sources using MS Access and Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in SAS.
• Ability to communicate directly with external customers.
• Proven track record in a technical and analytical business environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, R Studio, or other statistical languages.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with predictive modeling, big data, and champion/challenger testing environments.
