Description

You will design, develop, and support workflow automation solutions across multiple business functions, leading projects from discovery through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and analyze existing processes for efficiency improvements.
• Lead automation projects end-to-end, including implementation, troubleshooting production issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Monitor automation performance, recommend enhancements, and document business requirements, technical designs, and operational procedures.
• Present project updates and results to business leaders and technical teams while supporting governance, testing, and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions to completion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to document automation, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Experience working within Agile or Kanban environments with knowledge of SQL and web technologies.
