Description

You will design, develop, and support workflow automation solutions across multiple business functions, leading projects from discovery through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Document business requirements, technical designs, and operational procedures.
• Monitor automation performance and recommend enhancements for reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions to completion.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to document automation, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL, web technologies, or enterprise application integrations.
