Description

Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across enterprise business functions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation solutions using platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate complex needs into scalable technical designs.
• Lead automation projects from discovery through deployment, including root cause analysis for production issues and ongoing support.
• Analyze existing business processes to recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of business requirements, technical designs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with major RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions to completion.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and web technologies.
• Experience working within Agile or Kanban environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Document Automation, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Ability to independently engage with leadership and present technical recommendations to non-technical audiences.
