Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership for the RPA development team.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guidance on design best practices.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control via GitHub.
• Oversee UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in UiPath and UiPath Orchestrator administration.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with API development, web services, and complex SQL queries.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration.
