Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guidance on RPA design patterns and best practices.
• Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and managing data exchange.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, source control using GitHub, and iterative development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API development, web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX frameworks.
