Description

Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
• Build intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and reusability.
• Manage test cases and test sets using UiPath Test Suite for automation validation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to manage bot deployment, scheduling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in RPA development and leadership roles.
• Expertise in UiPath ecosystem including Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
• Hands-on experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitLab.
• Experience with secure credential handling using CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, exception handling, and governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath certification.
