You will design, code, and maintain automation modules to streamline business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test automation modules to meet business requirements.
• Create technical documentation including process mapping, functional specifications, and release notes.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on all developments prior to production deployment.
• Manage incident and change management processes, including break-fix support and triage.
• Monitor RPA software runs and generate performance reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation.
• Proficiency in RPA software development and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for automation workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering and estimation techniques.
• Ability to document technical specifications and package deployments.
• Experience following formal Incident Management and Change Management protocols.
• Any Graduate degree.
