You will design, build, and maintain automation solutions across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or alternative platforms like Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate automations with web applications, desktop apps, Citrix, Salesforce, Excel, and mainframe systems.
• Write and optimize scripts in Python, BASH, Java, C++, Scala, .NET, or C# to support automation logic.
• Manage application configuration, system performance, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional certification.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, or 3+ years with other RPA platforms.
• Proficiency in traditional languages: Java, Scala, C++, or C#.
• Proficiency in scripting: Python or BASH.
• Experience with cloud computing models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience across diverse RPA environments including legacy systems and Citrix.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• UiPath Advanced Certification.
