Description

Responsibilities

  • Support creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
  • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Design, code and test RPA processes.
  • Support production business applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT professional and business users.

Required Skills

  • Must have a knowledge on MetaBOT, create reference modular reusable code libraries for dev team.
  • Must have Working knowledge in OCR/Web Automation/Windows Automation/Email Automation/ XML/ REST API/Mainframe command.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business process flows, perform complexity and feasibility assessment for RPA implementation.
  • Should have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
  • Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills.
  • Have Automation working knowledge in multiple ERPs like ServiceNow, Peoplesoft, Workflow system, etc.
  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of Automation Anywhere experience including Excel/CSV, PDF, Web, REST/SOAP API automation.
  • Full life cycle experience of automating 5+ processes from requirements to production, and, providing post-production support.
  • Creating robust unattended automations using object cloning, keystrokes, image recognition and exception handling.
  • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile SDLC methodologies. Experience with JIRA is a plus.
  • Should have solid programming/software development background (3+ years) in .NET/C#, VB Script, SQL Server.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
