Description

Lead the development of RPA applications and establish architectural best practices to drive automation maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software programming and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes and development guidelines.
  • Build and maintain an automation center of excellence, including frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Drive the implementation of DevOps practices for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor a small team of RPA developers and serve as a technical subject matter expert.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of technical experience with at least 5 years as a Lead RPA Developer or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath automation and software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of AWS and GitHub pipelines.
  • Experience with API development, scripting, and modern UI/UX frameworks.
  • Background in UiPath automation reporting and administration tasks.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
