Description

You will own the development of production-ready Ruby on Rails applications, translating product requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-quality, testable Ruby on Rails code.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and system issues.
• Improve development processes and infrastructure continuously.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with RSpec for testing frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and testing with Postman.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to solve problems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, React, and API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
