Build and maintain the core platform and its integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready Ruby on Rails code.
• Translate product and design requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and internal knowledge sharing.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails, and object-oriented programming.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and relational database design.
• Expertise in SQL and performance optimization.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and testing with Postman.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec.
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with GitHub and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• CI/CD processes.
