Description

You will own complex projects and guide technical decisions as a Senior Rust Developer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance applications using Rust's ownership model and type system.
• Write safe, concurrent, and efficient code following Rust best practices and idioms.
• Lead development of advanced features and systems using Rust.
• Review and optimize code for performance, safety, and scalability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems programming.
• Deep understanding of concurrency patterns and performance optimization.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration.
• Proficiency in implementing Workflows for development efficiency.
• Knowledge of Safety Principles and Scalability concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities applied to critical issues.
• Experience integrating Rust applications with existing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Deep expertise in Rust best practices and idioms.
