Description

You will own the SailPoint IIQ solution architecture, design, and implementation for large-scale enterprise environments with 100k+ users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead greenfield SailPoint IIQ implementations, including HRMS integrations, JML, birthright access, and RBAC.
• Develop custom Java connectors, workflows, rules, and REST API endpoints to meet complex client requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise platforms such as Workday, AD, Entra ID, Oracle ERP, and mainframe systems.
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery server setups on Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Guide engineering teams on SailPoint IIQ API usage, database models, and integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and implementation.
• Minimum 6+ years leading large-scale implementations and Java connector development.
• Deep knowledge of Identity Governance processes: JML, recertification, RBAC, SOD, and role mining.
• Strong Java, J2EE, and REST API development skills for custom integrations.
• Proficiency with databases including Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, MongoDB, Teradata, MySQL, and Postgres.
• Experience integrating with mainframe, legacy mid-range, and enterprise Linux/Unix technologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM integrations (catalog, servicedesk, governance connectors).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.
• Proven track record of client-facing presentations and stakeholder management.
