Description

You will manage the processes and systems required to drive business analysis and track key performance indicators for sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide business performance analysis and reporting to sales leadership through dashboards and self-service solutions.
• Analyze, develop, and refine business process workflows across the organization.
• Support sales planning, including booking targets, headcount, and investment plans in partnership with Finance.
• Manage quota-setting and commission plans, including payouts and addressing field inquiries.
• Audit data integrity in Salesforce and assist with pipeline and forecast management.
• Coordinate operational support for sales and marketing programs, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or strategy.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and subscription sales.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with CRM and Salesforce data auditing.
• Ability to analyze and develop business workflows.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
