Description

Lead the management and optimization of the Salesforce Org for Specialty Markets. You will own the release pipeline, mentor junior staff, and translate business requirements into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead two mid-level administrators by assigning work and providing mentorship.
• Design out-of-the-box solutions and convert legacy Process Builders and workflows to advanced Flows.
• Manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and user settings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders daily using Rally to write Agile stories.
• Support User Acceptance and Regression Testing for all releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Platform App Builder certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and API integration work.
• Experience pushing data out to external portals.
• Experience with Tableau Integration.
• Ability to manage CPQ, CRM Analytics, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Marketo.
• Bachelor's degree (BE) or equivalent work experience.
