Description

You will administer, test, and implement complex Salesforce CRM platforms and databases under limited supervision.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development life cycle by collaborating with QA, Business Analysts, BI designers, and developers.
• Design data models, including junction objects, master-detail relationships, validation rules, and formula fields.
• Configure security models using roles, permission sets, profiles, and sharing settings.
• Build process flows, trigger flows, assignment rules, queues, and approval processes for case and lead management.
• Mentor junior team members and provide user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration, systems engineering, or software development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Workbench, Data Loader, and Pardot.
• Hands-on experience with Five9, ADFS, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Technical expertise in Apex Triggers, Web Services, and Visualforce.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse, Force.com IDE, and Drawloop.
• Programming proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, C/C++, and SOSL/SOQL.
• Experience with Exact Target, TFS, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Ability to create data migration documentation for Salesforce environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visualforce pages, components, and Apex controllers/extensions.
