Description

You will lead the technical direction and development of scalable Salesforce solutions. You own the architecture, deployment lifecycle, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures for complex business requirements.
• Lead the development team through technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Manage deployment processes across sandbox and production environments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external business systems and third-party apps.
• Evaluate and pilot new tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and HTML.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with diverse business systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing full deployment lifecycles and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to lead recruitment and develop training programs.
