Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across a diverse project portfolio. Own the full solution lifecycle from inception through production support.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Integrate functional, security, integration, performance, and operational requirements into technical designs.
• Oversee build, test, and deployment phases to ensure solution quality.
• Establish standard development and testing processes while driving Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor technical team members and deliver proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with progressive leadership roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce Pages, and SOQL.
• Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to manage buy vs. build decisions and provide early-phase estimates.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft.
