Description

Own backend development for complex Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SFCC backend functionalities, including business logic and customizations.
• Extend and optimize SFCC Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) for backend services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services, such as payment gateways and OMS.
• Enforce high coding standards, review code quality, and mentor developers on best practices.
• Identify and resolve backend performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and technical bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• At least 2 years of specific experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for server-side development.
• Expertise with Commerce API and OCAPI integrations.
• Experience working with SFCC Business Manager, Jobs, Pipelines, and Controllers.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency with version control systems, including Git and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex OMS integrations.
