You will lead business analysis efforts for critical Salesforce implementation projects.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage requirement traceability and change requests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Facilitate requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and JAAD sessions with large, diverse stakeholder groups.
Collaborate with Program Managers to evaluate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure test strategies and plans adequately cover requirements and assist in defect resolution.
Required Skills
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Direct experience implementing and working within Salesforce solutions.
Proven experience working within a SAFe Agile framework.
Ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Documents (SRD), process workflows, RAIDQs, and project plans.
Experience with CI/CD implementation.
Proficiency in creating UML diagrams (Use case, Activity, Business Process) and web page mock-ups.
Skilled in analyzing inefficient manual processes to design automated solutions.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working alongside vendor consultants and partner teams.
Preferred Skills
Jira knowledge and Agile Project Methodology experience.
Salesforce Certification or Business Analyst Certification.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
