Description

You will act as a techno-functional expert bridging business requirements with technical Salesforce implementation across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements from diverse sectors into actionable project visions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy sustainable applications.
• Design project requirements and use cases using development tools and processes.
• Manage various requests by applying critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.
• Drive Salesforce implementation across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional Salesforce role.
• Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficiency in declarative automation and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience working within Scrum, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
