Description

You will lead technical solution design and product management for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Service Cloud solutions focusing on case page functionality and call/chat integrations.
• Manage large-scale migrations from Siebel systems.
• Drive product management and solution design for Experience Cloud.
• Translate complex executive requests into actionable technical drivers while navigating competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce consulting.
• Expertise in Service Cloud product management and solution design.
• Expertise in Experience Cloud product management and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with case page and call/chat integration.
• Proven track record managing migrations from Siebel systems.
• Proficiency with CRMA, Tableau, and Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud experience.
