Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and drive personalized engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and segment customer data.
• Design and execute scalable data ingestion processes from multiple sources while ensuring compliance.
• Build and maintain customer segments, profiles, and activation strategies for email and marketing solutions.
• Establish data governance and quality standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration and activation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or similar solutions.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows.
• Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations including PII, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce Page, and Java.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization, Evergage, or Interaction Studio.
