Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem using AgentForce AI capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with AgentForce AI capabilities.
• Implement and configure intelligent agents using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
• Build and maintain guardrails and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AgentForce agents across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based architecture.
• Proven experience with AgentForce, LLMs, and AI-driven automation.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Python, JavaScript, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs).
• Strong understanding of conversational AI and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
