Description

Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with a focus on Agentforce AI and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.
• Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and leverage Einstein AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, or Einstein AI.
• Deep understanding of Service Cloud features, including case management, omni-channel, and automation.
• Experience with data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II) or AI/Einstein/Agentforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or AI-based automation.
