Description

You will own the development and administration of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, and queueable processes.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user interfaces.
• Configure Salesforce automation, flows, and SOQL queries.
• Manage multi-org environments and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Optimize performance to respect governor limits and ensure zero-defect production releases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batch, and Queueable classes.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
• Experience with API integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Solid data modeling skills and knowledge of Flow automations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder).
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Emerging knowledge of AI and agentic workflows.
