Description

You will design, configure, and test Salesforce modules to enhance business functionality and customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud specific functionality.
• Develop and maintain components using LWC, Apex, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Implement REST and SOAP integrations and handle event-driven architectures.
• Troubleshoot and reverse engineer issues when flows fail or user experience deviates.
• Articulate process requirements to business stakeholders and IT counterparts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex, Aura, Visualforce, Soap, Event, and Rest.
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality.
• Familiarity with deploying change sets in complex environments.
• Ability to build user profiles, permission sets, and groups.
• Understanding of how to articulate process needs to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex change set deployments.
