Description

You will develop and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Service Cloud and CTI integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain solutions using Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via CTI integrations.
• Configure and manage Service Cloud implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Expert proficiency in Apex.
• Strong experience with LWC and Visualforce.
• Demonstrable experience with Agentforce, including real-time implementation.
• Experience with CTI Integrations.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud configuration and development.
• Ability to relocate to Alpharetta, GA, USA.
