Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, consulting with users, and analyzing system flows and data usage.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Participate in completing deliverables according to the definition of done for the Agile team.
• Support applications across multiple environments, including coding, testing, peer reviews, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on programming experience in Salesforce using Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of implementing solutions using declarative tools like Flows and Process Builders.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Experience assessing Salesforce architecture and delivering secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Experience with core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools like Flosum or Git.
• Experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
