Description

Drive business transformation by designing, testing, and deploying key functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy key functionalities using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components.
• Configure data models and workflows for managed packages and out-of-the-box Salesforce objects.
• Lead development and integration pipelines between Salesforce and other on-prem or cloud-based systems.
• Manage user access, security models, non-production instances, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Administrators to maintain and improve Salesforce and Force.com instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Active Salesforce certification (Admin, Platform Developer, and/or App Builder).
• Proficiency in Apex classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs).
• Expertise in process automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Models (OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules).
• Experience with Lightning components and VisualForce pages.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering Salesforce and integrating with SAP.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, .NET, and Azure.
