Description

You design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform by analyzing business needs, consulting with stakeholders, and implementing secure, high-performance applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and install software solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
• Support applications across multiple environments through coding, testing, peer reviews, and root cause analysis.
• Deliver features according to the Agile team's definition of done.
• Assess Salesforce architecture to ensure secure and scalable solutions on the Force.com platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on programming in Salesforce using Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience implementing solutions using declarative tools like Flows and Process Builders.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools like Flosum or Git.
• Experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
