Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and marketing operations. You own the full lifecycle from requirement refinement to production deployment, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to meet complex business requirements.
• Build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript-based UI modules.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations for seamless external data flow.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize system performance.
• Support deployment, environment management, and ongoing system upgrades in Sandboxes and production.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, triggers, and Visualforce.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations (6+ years).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Rules, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with version control tools: Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with deployment tools like ANT, Salesforce CLI (VS Code), or Copado.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce environments including Service Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and encryption features.
