Description

You will own the end-to-end development, migration, and support of Salesforce applications to drive key business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions within the Salesforce Platform, including functional requirements, workflows, data plans, and system architecture.
• Develop new functionalities to migrate data and applications from existing Access databases to Salesforce.
• Design and write reusable Apex code following established best practices.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and system specifications.
• Develop and execute system test plans, scripts, and test cases to validate bug fixes and new deployments.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing Apex code.
• Experience designing architecture for Salesforce environments.
• Ability to manage application integration to the Salesforce platform.
• Strong data migration skills, specifically moving data from Access databases to Salesforce.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
• Experience creating user documentation and delivering end-user training.
• Ability to assess workflows and process-related problems to recommend technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing direct technical support to users, including troubleshooting, system audits, and managing upgrade preparations.
• Collaboration with business partners to establish processes for development and change management.
