Description

Lead development and customization of Salesforce applications, including Omnistudio, while managing integrations and release pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, and Omnistudio components.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Perform code reviews, impact analysis, and design reviews to ensure standards are met.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset/Copado), and version control systems.
• Handle Salesforce admin tasks including user support, data management, and security configuration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• 2-3+ years of specific experience with the Omnistudio platform.
• 5+ years with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and LWCs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience with public sector solutions, specifically Grants Management.
• Experience migrating data or designing solutions on the Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Ability to guide teams in resolving issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation products.
