Description

You will design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. You own the full development lifecycle, from translating business requirements into technical solutions to optimizing performance and ensuring security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Implement complex integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Configure Marketing Cloud components including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Optimize existing Salesforce environments, conduct code reviews, and improve application performance.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce data governance and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on Marketing Cloud configuration: Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL for data extensions, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center) and Git.
• Proven experience in data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MuleSoft middleware solutions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
