Description

You will design, develop, and support software components for service capabilities built on the Salesforce platform with multiple system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-fidelity components and experiences for new features.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define end-to-end technical solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated system components.
• Maintain ownership of mission-critical, 24x7x365 systems as part of an on-call rotation.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from design and data migration to production operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software programming experience.
• Extensive Salesforce platform development experience.
• Full stack development skills using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs using XML and JSON.
• Proven track record leading the development of critical customer-facing websites.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and using JIRA.
• Background in designing and implementing large-scale systems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications in Platform Development, Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with PHP, Angular, Java, or cloud frameworks like AWS.
• Software testing and automation experience, including load and performance testing.
