Description

You will build and maintain complex Salesforce solutions, managing release pipelines and mentoring junior developers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and optimize automated business processes using Flow Builder.
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites using Site Builder for public and authenticated portals.
• Manage release pipelines and deployments using Copado, including pipeline configuration and quality gates.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical design decisions for Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development within the ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, including triggers, classes, and async patterns (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled).
• Deep experience with Flow Builder, covering Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled flows.
• Proven track record building and managing Experience Cloud sites with Site Builder.
• Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Experience using Copado for CI/CD and release management.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL and governor limit awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Exposure to Copado Robotic Testing or Copado Functions.
