Description

You will design, develop, and integrate scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Experience and Service Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing applications while performing defect corrections.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and provide guidance on best practices for application development and release planning.
• Manage configurations, workflows, and application performance within governance limits.
• Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using APIs and middleware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Service and Experience Clouds.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce API integration and MuleSoft API layer.
• Experience with SAML/OAuth based Identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of OOP/OOD, JavaScript frameworks, and modern web development.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, SFDX CLI, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with Einstein chatbot, live agent, and knowledgebase.
• Proven track record in Agile development methodology.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer or Platform App Builder certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating IBM FileNet, Box, Nintex, or S-Docs.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification.
