Description

You will design, develop, and integrate applications on Experience and Service Clouds to solve complex business problems using the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing applications.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Lead application development by providing guidance and best practices to the team.
• Manage configurations, workflows, and release planning including work breakdown.
• Perform defect corrections through detailed analysis, design, and code updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience specifically using Service and Experience Clouds.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Proven track record with Salesforce API integration and MuleSoft API layers.
• Strong experience integrating SAML/OAuth based Identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of OOP/OOD, Javascript, and modern web development technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools including SFDX CLI, Visual Studio, GIT/BitBucket, Jenkins, SonarCube, and Atlassian.
• Practical experience with Einstein chatbot, live agent, and knowledgebase.
• Ability to work within Agile development methodologies.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer and Platform App Builder certifications.

• Trailhead Badges or Super Badges.
