Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and propose solution options, distinguishing between configuration and custom code.
• Develop and maintain custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
• Configure custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
• Diagnose and rectify defects within Salesforce and its associated business functions.
• Conduct code reviews to address technical debt and ensure non-functional requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
• Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with API REST integration and Triggers.
• Experience configuring reports, dashboards, and using Data Loader.
• Knowledge of deployments using change sets or CI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II certifications.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE.
