Lead the full software development lifecycle to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using Apex REST APIs and other integration tools.
• Lead the design and ongoing support of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with customers to define project scope, validate deliverables, and align solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow, including Messaging in App and Web.
• Extensive experience with Experience Cloud for customer service portals.
• Strong development skills in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Apex REST APIs and integration standards.
• Proven ability to review and debug LWC components and complex codebases.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and implementation of core and custom technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting organizations specifically using Chat and Messaging features.
• Focus on delivering solutions using native Salesforce features for long-term sustainability.
