Description

You will lead technical implementations across Salesforce Service, Experience, Marketing, and Sales Clouds, owning the full DevOps lifecycle and multi-org deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and create packages for multi-org deployment to promote reuse and accelerate time to market.
• Develop custom Lightning pages and components using the modern Salesforce UI framework.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
• Optimize database schema and code to respect Salesforce governor limits and ensure scalability.
• Manage version control and CI/CD for multi-environment deployments.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) certification.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementation.
• 4+ years of Apex development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.
• 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in SOQL, data modeling, and optimizing database performance.
• Proficiency in configuring Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Experience working in multi-org environments and Agile project delivery.
