Description

You will lead technical development and integration efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning custom objects, complex workflows, and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Develop customer-facing interfaces and integrate external applications with Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce administration, including routing, queues, security controls, roles, and profiles.
• Build and maintain complex workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet application requirements.
• Execute Service Cloud implementations and manage Data Cloud integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of core Salesforce.com development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Process Flows.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Page Templates.
• 2+ years of development experience with Mule.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and system integration.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise-level software development and customer-facing interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SFDC and UX integration.
• Integration experience with Angular, React, or OpenCTI.
