Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Lead technical architecture discussions, code reviews, and decisions regarding declarative versus programmatic implementations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into architected solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Proven experience developing and executing data migrations and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Git and Copado.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or other advanced certifications.
• Experience with Service Cloud or Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and data migration tools like Data Loader or MuleSoft.
