Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and DevOps practices, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 Primary Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulable Apex. - Build responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. - Implement and optimize Salesforce Flows for business automation. - Integrate external systems using REST APIs and manage SSO Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). - Create and manage Reports and Dashboards, including custom report types and dynamic analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Lead deployment activities using Change Sets, Version Control, Git, and CI/CD tools. - Debug and optimize performance using Developer Console, VS Code, and SOQL/DML tuning.

 Secondary Responsibilities: - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance limits. - Support release planning and environment management. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in DevOps and agile delivery.
