Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You own the full development lifecycle, from data modeling and automation to integration and release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend logic using Apex (triggers, batch, queueable) and optimize for governor limits.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and configure Salesforce automation (Flows).
• Design secure data models and manage access controls using roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Implement API integrations and event-driven architectures, including connections to external data platforms like Snowflake.
• Manage multi-org environments and ensure zero-defect delivery through rigorous testing and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (8+ years preferred).
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, administration, and Flow automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Security Model and performance optimization techniques.
• Proven track record with API integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder).
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
